KSM -8830 water-based polyurethane adhesive

  Characteristics:

1.KSM-8830 is single-component water-solubility polyurethane laminating adhesive which is suitable for OPP,PET,NY,PE,CPP

2. glue-liquid decentralization ability and flow ability is well. It is not bring macula and blister easily.

3. it has good adaptability with impregnant-based printing ink, alcohol-dissolved printing ink ,and water-based ink.

4.it is innocuous,non-irritant smell,dose not have the solvent,dose not need to mix,and easy to operate.

   Application method:   

1..suggest to use special water-based spreaded the net roller

2..spreads the system to have a rubber roller that the reversion aotatioon is well,the rubber weight should control in 2-2.5g/m²

3.in order to urge the cloth volatilization which in the thin-film glue liquid moisture content,you should enhance dry- path temperature and wind capacity.in dose not affect the product quality under the premise,should enhance the dry-path temperature ,compound temperature,and the pressure as far as possible.the dry-path temperature should control in 60-90,compound temperature should control in 50-60,

4..this product can achieve the bonding strength after the product needs compound through 40~60 cooked 24-48 hours

  Attention:

1.       compound based material should be clean,the surface tension is not lower than38 dyne.

2.       please use up the glue liquid ASAP when it is open,if not ,please storge with sealed

3.       do not mix with other products., in order to avoid its performance

4.       this product is lower acidity,so please wash the net roller when you use up.

5.       it is suitabile for lightweight or expanded food packing,do not use for poaching and braising packing.
